The BeWell Skills Strategy focuses on the digital and green upskilling and reskilling of the health and care workforce to ensure they are prepared for future challenges.
This initiative is led by the BeWell Project and followed by the Pact for Skills Large-Scale Partnership (LSP) for the Health Ecosystem, a multi-stakeholder movement created to improve the upskilling and reskilling of healthcare professionals towards digital and green..
Why This Consultation Matters
The BeWell Skills Strategy is being developed in two stages:
✅ The first version, created with the expertise of the BeWell consortium members and supported by extensive skills intelligence, is now open for public consultation.
✅ Feedback collected from all stakeholders will shape the final version, set to be published in June 2026, alongside the results of new qualification pilots conducted by the BeWell project.
