Bridging Data and People: Turning Insights into Community-Driven Integrated Care

📅 14 April 2026

📍 Birmingham, United Kingdom

How can regions use data to strengthen community-driven integrated care?

At ICIC26, EUREGHA will host a regional-focused session exploring how data and behavioural insights can empower communities, strengthen trust, and improve health outcomes. The session will look at how regions and local authorities can translate data into meaningful, people-centred solutions.

Organised in collaboration with partners including the Flemish Department of Care, One Gloucestershire Integrated Care System, Central Denmark EU Office, Basque Government Biosistemak, and the Welsh Government, the session builds on discussions from the EUREGHA General Assembly 2025 and the conference “Integrating Care, Strengthening Communities: The Data Connection”.

It will approach technology and data as enablers of human connections, rather than ends in themselves, and will showcase regional practices that support more integrated, community-driven care.

The session will take the form of an interactive exchange, giving participants the opportunity to share experiences, learn from innovative approaches, and engage in dialogue with regions and local authorities across Europe.
