“Culture and Health for All: From European Visions to Local Implementation”

This roundtable is organised in the framework of the CultureAndHealth Platform, a four-year initiative co-funded by the European Union and coordinated by Culture Action Europe in partnership with EUREGHA. The Platform supports over 200 emerging artists across Europe working at the intersection of culture, health, care, education, and the social sectors.

The event will explore the vital interlink between culture and health, with a focus on mental health and evidence-based approaches. Building on the activities of the Platform, the discussion will bring together institutional perspectives (EU and WHO), expert insights, and regional practices, followed by interactive breakout sessions to exchange experiences and foster cross-sector collaboration.

The roundtable will serve as a space to:

• Learn from expert and institutional contributions on culture and health

• Hear regional voices and practices from across Europe

• Highlight the benefits of culture’s contribution to health and wellbeing

• Connect sectors and set the stage for future collaboration at the European level
