The European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA) launched its new Internet portal on best practice in the areas of drug-related prevention, treatment, harm reduction and social reintegration. The portal aims at representing a resource for professionals, policy-makers and researchers.
