DESCRIPTION:We invite you to take part in the innovation implementation roadmap workshop. The roadmap is meant to lead the actors through bottlenecks towards efficient upscaling in the field of active and healthy ageing. \nThe roadmap is a reference document for all the stakeholders involved to scale-up innovative solutions in the health and care domain\, also relevant for the preparation of policies\, investment strategies\, communication\, and advocacy activities. \nInnovation end-users\, reference sites\, specialists\, technology and service providers\, investors\, health and care professionals\, authorities\, academia\, civil society organisations\, we hope to see you all at the co-creation workshop!
