DESCRIPTION:Across Europe\, artists are working hand in hand with professionals in health\, care\, education\, and social sectors to improve well-being\, reduce loneliness\, and strengthen communities. The Culture and Health Forum\, taking place on 8–9 September 2026 in Vienna\, brings this growing field into focus as a space for exchange\, inspiration\, and policy dialogue at both European and national levels. \n📅 Dates: 8–9 September 2026📍 Venue: Kulturhaus Brotfabrik \nThis international forum will showcase the work of artists operating at the intersection of culture\, health\, care\, education\, and social sectors\, highlighting how artistic practices contribute to well-being and more inclusive societies. \nOpen to all and free of charge\, the event will bring together a diverse audience from across Europe\, including artists\, practitioners\, health and social care professionals\, policymakers\, and organisations working to advance the role of culture in health and well-being. \nThe programme will feature policy discussions on culture\, health and well-being at EU and national level\, artist presentations\, immersive workshops\, and showcases of innovative practices. It will also highlight results from artistic exploration labs and explore key themes such as mental health and the role of the arts in addressing loneliness among both young people and older populations.
