On 2 December, EUREGHA is organising the conference Integrated Care in Practice. The conference will highlight how regional and local models of integrated care are being implemented in practice, and the lessons learnt from the implementation of these models.
During the conference, several regional and local integrated care models will be presented and discussed. Representatives from the European Commission, WHO and the International Foundation of Integrated Care will also give their view on the state of the art of integrated care and what the future holds for Europe regarding integrated care.
